Terms of Service

GambRew ("we", "us", or "our") is an affiliate rewards platform that partners with licensed online casinos. GambRew does not operate any casino games, accept deposits for gambling purposes, or hold gaming licenses.

Our service allows registered users to earn GambRew Points when they deposit at participating partner casinos through our affiliate links. These points can be redeemed for real-money rewards including PayPal transfers, cryptocurrency, and gift cards.

GambRew acts solely as an intermediary between users and partner casinos. All gambling activities take place exclusively on the partner casino platforms, which are subject to their own terms, conditions, and licensing requirements.

To register and use GambRew, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling affiliate programs is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• You may only hold one GambRew account at any time.

GambRew reserves the right to restrict access to its platform in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to regions where applicable laws prohibit such services. We may request proof of age or identity at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension.

When creating a GambRew account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Notify GambRew immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with any third party or allow others to access your account.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. GambRew cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. GambRew reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel an existing account at its sole discretion.

GambRew operates a points-based rewards program. The following rules apply:

• Users earn 10 GambRew Points per €1 deposited at a participating partner casino through an active GambRew affiliate link.
• Only deposits made after account registration and through valid GambRew affiliate links are eligible for points.
• Points are assigned to VIP levels: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Ruby. Each level unlocks progressively higher cash reward rates and exclusive promotions.
• Cash rewards are credited to your GambRew balance and may be withdrawn according to the withdrawal terms in Section 5.
• GambRew reserves the right to adjust the points-to-reward ratio, VIP thresholds, and reward rates at any time with reasonable notice.
• Points have no monetary value on their own and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the GambRew platform.

GambRew offers several methods for withdrawing earned rewards:

• Cash (PayPal / Bank Transfer): Minimum withdrawal of €25. Processing typically within the same business day.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL): Minimum withdrawal of €5. Transactions are processed on-chain and subject to network confirmation times.
• Gift Cards: Minimum withdrawal of €5. Delivered digitally to your registered email address, typically within minutes.

GambRew reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. GambRew is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

GambRew earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with online casinos. The following applies to all affiliate relationships:

• GambRew uses affiliate tracking links to direct users to partner casinos. By clicking these links and registering at a partner casino, GambRew may receive a commission from the casino operator.
• A portion of these commissions is shared with users in the form of GambRew Points and cash rewards.
• The inclusion of a casino as a GambRew partner does not constitute an endorsement of that casino or a guarantee of its services.
• Users are encouraged to review the terms and responsible gambling policies of any partner casino before depositing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards:

• Creating multiple GambRew accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the rewards system in any way, including through artificial deposit patterns.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the GambRew platform.
• Colluding with others to artificially inflate points or rewards balances.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with GambRew's technical infrastructure.

GambRew reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A user violates any of these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• A user is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• Required identity verification documents are not provided.
• A partner casino reports fraudulent activity linked to the user.

Upon termination for cause, any pending or accumulated rewards may be forfeited. Users who believe their account was terminated in error may contact our support team. GambRew will endeavour to respond to such inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

GambRew is an affiliate rewards platform and is not responsiblefor any losses incurred at partner casinos. All gambling activity takes place on third-party platforms entirely outside of GambRew's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GambRew shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gambling at partner casinos.
• Technical issues, outages, or errors on partner casino platforms that affect points tracking or reward crediting.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of GambRew.

GambRew reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the GambRew platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using GambRew and may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malta. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
